Every application carries its price on the shelf, pass-through costs appear at their real rates, and a quote is a configuration you can read line by line.
A configured deployment prices as a bill of materials you can actually read:
| Line | What it covers | How it recurs |
|---|---|---|
| Base deployment | The standard app library (chat, retrieval, coding assistant), the governance layer, and managed operations under the SLA. | Subscription, with a per-seat governance license. |
| Add-on applications | Applications selected from the catalog beyond the standard library, each priced individually on the shelf. | Per-app subscription. Add or drop as needs change. |
| Onboarding | A bounded, fixed-scope engagement: identity federation, corpus ingestion, posture setup, hardware install where applicable. | One-time, at a fixed price agreed up front. |
| Pass-throughs | Hardware on your bill of materials at vendor pricing; the NVIDIA AI Enterprise entitlement per GPU at its published rate; third-party model usage under your own keys at provider rates. | As incurred, itemized at their real rates. |
The fee is the same in every posture. Governance, catalog, and operations are what we charge for, whether your models run on your hardware, in your VPC, or behind governed APIs. Our income stays flat across all three, which frees the posture advice to follow your numbers.
The governance license follows people, because that's what the layer does: identity, access, budgets, and audit per member.
More applications from the catalog, higher subscription. Each one priced individually, visible before you add it.
Stricter isolation postures cost more: they're harder to operate and carry fewer conveniences. A full air gap is the top of that ladder, and the ladder is priced honestly.
Because a deployment is a selection from a fixed catalog, a quote takes four inputs: seats, apps, posture, and isolation level. A configured bill of materials comes back.
